1. Who we are

This website, fokuslink.ro, is operated by FOKUSLINK SRL ("FokusLink", "we"), with its registered office in Baia Mare, Romania, fiscal code (CUI): 54864499, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2026037733007. Within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), FOKUSLINK SRL is the data controller for personal data processed through this website.

2. What data we process and why

Contact form: when you send us a message through the contact form, we process your name, email address and the content of your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Language preference: we store one strictly necessary cookie that remembers your chosen language (Romanian or English). It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking.

We do not collect data through analytics, advertising or tracking tools. This site does not use Google Analytics, marketing pixels or any third-party scripts.

3. How long we keep your data

Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up correspondence, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship or a legal obligation requires a longer period.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. Data may be accessed by our hosting and email service providers, strictly to the extent necessary for the operation of the website and correspondence, under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area without adequate safeguards under the GDPR.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights: the right of access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) — www.dataprotection.ro.

6. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and restricted access to the data we receive.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, together with the date of the last update, is always published on this page.
